Client focused and results driven combined with a strong sales skill set including research, prospecting, negotiation, sales strategy and account management.
Qualified with an advanced diploma in hotel management career highlights have included senior business development roles at Starwood, Accor, Hilton and Langham.
Human Resources, Learning & Development
Camille is passionate about human resources, learning and development with 20 years of hands on experience.
Her extensive background and experience in leadership, management and business ensures she can provide you with the very best advice and understanding for your business, including strategic human resource planning and trouble-shooting.
Camille has qualifications in HR and Vocational Education & Training. She also has 10 years’ experience working for Accor at property and regional levels, which entrenched in her a love for the hotel and hospitality industry.
Highly driven and experienced Commercial Director and Hotel Operations Leader, with 20 years
years’ experience in sales and marketing, business development, revenue generation, and directing
large high performing teams in the hotel industry, across economy, business class, and luxury brands.
Hands-on experience managing large portfolios of hotels where the main duties included strategic
development and implementation, standard operating procedure creation, and team management
across all commercial hotel business functions.
A commercially astute professional across all areas of revenue generation who takes great pride in
developing cohesive teams that generate outstanding results.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Dustin recently worked as the Head of Digital Marketing with Accor managing several hotels, restaurants and bars. He was involved in the strategic management and development of national and regional marketing, as well as end-to-end campaign strategy, growth and development and rolling out a national digital training program.
Overseeing the development and strategic implementation of local and international strategy, his primary responsibility was to drive revenue exposure in an already saturated marketplace.
His previous hotel experience includes working for Palazzo Versace Gold Coast and Quest Apartment Hotels.
Video, Photography & Design
Robin has worked with us for over 15 years, planning and integrating a range of creative media services including videography, photography and graphic design.
Robin has qualifications in Media, Marketing and Hospitality and held positions within Accor for eight years in both property specific and regional marketing roles.
With over 25 years’ hotel experience across multiple countries, Pete is commercially driven, highly strategic, with a rare exposure and understanding of the key pillars of Sales, Revenue
Management and Distribution all with a focus on exceeding targets.
Prior to joining Revstar Group, Peter most recently worked for over 20 years with Accor corporate across Australia and Asia in Regional Director Roles incorporating Sales, Revenue and Distribution.
These corporate positions followed previous key hotel positions across Sofitel, The Regent and Hyatt hotels.
Revenue & Distribution Analyst
Rachael has over 20 years experience in hotel customer service & hospitality management with a number of well known hotel brands & resorts.
Having worked in many departments such as reservations, front office, housekeeping, sales, food and beverage & conferencing as well as supervising holiday letting apartments on an island, Rachael is familiar with a broad range of systems, processes & procedures and platforms that are critical to the success of businesses.
This includes the set up of OTAs and Siteminder, training in Opera / ORS or the use of online conference booking tools such as Ivvy.
Graphic Design, Web Design, Bar & Restaurant Branding & Social Media
Chloe has spent the last ten years working closely with restaurants and bars across Australia and Europe, bringing her passion for food, wine and travel to every job.
Chloe's focus is branding, marketing, website design, menus and social media. Her highly creative yet analytical approach to design ensures each business is uniquely catered for.
Chloe is qualified with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Visual Communication Design.
