Skilled in Sales negotiation and Customer Relationship Management, Pete has a unique approach to working with partners to achieve positive collective outcomes, whilst maintaining the focus of target achievement.
With an extensive history in Revenue Management roles, Pete is an expert in Pricing, Market Segment Optimization and Budgeting with the ability to communicate and engage stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Pete has always seen Training and Mentoring as a foundation in his Executive roles and has delivered programs across Sales Methodology, Pricing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Reservations and Loyalty.
With such extensive international experience, Pete has a highly developed sensitivity and ability to work across diverse cultures and teams.
Pete has held many senior roles such as Regional Director of Sales Upper South East Asia and Maldives, Regional Director of Revenue and Distribution Upper South East Asia, and Regional Revenue Manager Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania - ACCOR.
